Hatha Yoga
Saturday - 8:00 am - 9:00 am

This class is for all level yogis. Hatha yoga focuses on static postures, alignment and mindful breath work. The slower pace is great for beginners. Sequences will build strength, balance and flexibility.

Leave your ego at the door and step on to your mat. Your only intention is to know yourself.


What to wear? Form fitting clothes that don’t restrict movement. Think yoga pants and tank tops. What to bring? a mat and a bottle of water. Mats are available at the gym but are limited. If you have your own, please bring it.

Holly Mosser | Yoga Instructor ~ “the badass in me honors the badass in you”

Holly has been practicing yoga for 15 years. She started yoga simply to round out her fitness regime. It was purely for physical exercise. In 2016 she enrolled in a 200 hour Teacher Training and spent 8 months learning about the 8 limbs of yoga. The time She spent on her mat during YTT became very personal. Her yoga practice took a dramatic mental shift.

“I was spending time with my body and in my body. Slowing down, breathing, just being. I came to realize that first you do yoga and later you understand why”

After receiving her 200 hour yoga Certificate, Holly went on to achieve her Y12SR certificate. This allows her to teach yoga to people in recovery. Recently Holly attended Yoga Body Teacher college to become Gravity Yoga Certified and a certified Breath Coach.
